Mr. Xavier Chan, the Founder and Managing Partner of CWK Global, was invited by Southern Keen Youth as the speaker of the “Enhancing Strength, Encountering Challenges” seminar of career planning for youth in the accounting and finance industry. The seminar aims to deepen students’ understanding of career planning and encourage young people who wish to join the accounting profession to develop their careers in different cities in the Greater Bay Area, so as to make use of the professional services in Hong Kong and complement each other’s strengths.
Mr. Xavier Chan said that career planning is a blueprint to guide the direction of life, which includes three stages, including the exploration period, the struggle period and the review period. He also shared his personal experience and encouraged young people to formulate a clear career plan for themselves and move towards their goals step by step to turn their dreams into ideals.
