CWK Global has expanded its business rapidly. Our service now includes Initial Public Offerings (IPO) consultancy, corporate finance consultancy, trust and fund consultancy, global tax planning, internal control review, listed corporate “Environmental, Social and Governance” (ESG) analysis, as well as general reporting, accounting, auditing, and company secretarial services. To cope with our business development, we have recently changed our company’s Chinese name, and a press conference and partner meeting was held in the Happy Valley clubhouse of the Hong Kong Jockey Club in 25 Shan Kwong Road on 28th December 2022.
CWK Global will expand its business globally in Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Australia to merge with local accounting firms and form new companies.
