Mr. Xavier Chan, the Founder and Managing Partner of CWK Global, was recently invited by Southern Keen Youth to be one of the judges of “The Greater Youth” Ambassador Program. “The Greater Youth” Ambassador Program hopes to deepen the participants’ understanding of China, have a positive understanding of the “One Country, Two Systems” system in Hong Kong, and to gain a certain understanding of national policies (e.g. One Belt One Road, development in the Greater Bay Area). The program aims to equip participants for better career planning and achieve their life goals through a series of activities.
The primary election assessed participants’ leadership ability, contributions at school and society, communication skills and understanding of current affairs. Mr. Xavier Chan hopes participants are able to gain insights and skills through the program, and have a stronger career planning ahead.
